(Alpert JFS) is a nationally-accredited and recognized leader providing services supporting seniors, adults, children and their families. The AJFS Community Access Life Line (C.A.L.L. Service) is a centralized intake program staffed by Master’s-level crisis intake and referral specialists who conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial telephone assessments, working collaboratively with callers to identify needs and develop individualized service plans with specialized referrals.
As a multi-disciplinary agency with comprehensive wrap-around mental health services, Alpert JFS provides resources, information, and programs that take a holistic approach to addressing mental well-being for individuals, children, and families, including counseling clients of all ages, psychiatry, child psychiatry, support groups, and psychological testing.
Alpert JFS provides nutritious food and mental health wraparound supports for households with incomes below the ALICE survival threshold in Palm Beach County (from the northern county line to Boynton Beach) with three pantry locations that assist individuals, families with children, seniors and Holocaust survivors, and others who are struggling with food insecurity in our service area.
