Opinion: It's time again to give generously to annual school supply drive

 
Even though the last school year only ended a few weeks ago, a new school year is right around the corner.
 
With a pandemic-related shortening of summer vacation, school will be back in session Aug. 10. So that must mean it's time for the annual Town of Palm Beach United Way's School Supply Drive.
 
The ninth annual drive, which will launch July 19, aims to collect school supplies for low-income students in Palm Beach County. It is done in conjunction with the Palm Beach Daily News and Palm Beach Fire Rescue.
