Palm Beach United Way collects $9,000 and hundreds of items for county's hungry

It was another successful year for the Town of Palm Beach United Way’s Empty Your Pantry food drive, with the effort bringing in hundreds of bags and boxes of food and $9,000 in cash to aid Palm Beach County residents struggling to find their next meal. 

The 13th annual Empty Your Pantry Food Drive also delivered support for the county’s animals, with dozens of bags of pet food collected to support the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, according to an organization’s release.
