Since 1985, FoundCare has been committed to fulfilling unmet health care and social service needs and has grown to 7 sites throughout Palm Beach County. Its mission is to provide quality healthcare and social services for all individuals and families. The agency takes a holistic approach to health by providing a one-stop shop for healthcare services, including pediatric and adult primary care, chronic disease management, behavioral health services, dentistry, laboratory services, X-rays, women’s health services (including screening mammography), and an on-site pharmacy.
