Membership for the 2024-2025 season is open. Please fill out the form below hosted by our fiscal agent, Town of Palm Beach United Way.


If you wish to pay in installments (quarterly or semi-annual), or make a pledge (a promise to pay at a later date), please call the Town of Palm Beach United Way at 561-655-1919 – they will be happy to assist you.

Please also call the United Way office if you are paying through a private foundation or donor advised fund.

You must make a selection for the payment field to appear.

$1,100 is tax deductible; $1,000 is added to the grant pool and $100 covers an administrative fee
PLEASE NOTE: If you selected Sponsor a Specific Member, please enter the sponsored member's name under the Impact Profile section in the box labeled "Sponsored Member." The Sponsored Member will be required to fill out a membership form with contact information.

A contribution to the Operating Budget helps cover administrative expenses and is not part of annual membership.
