RED FEATHER SOCIETY of the TOWN OF PALM BEACH UNITED WAY
In 1928, the Red Feather Society was adopted by many Community Chests as a way to promote and reward generosity and volunteerism. In 1957, the Town of Palm Beach United Way introduced the Red Feather Society to recognize those individuals who have generously contributed $1,000 to $9,999 to help people in need.
This year's Society co-chairwomen are Ann-Britt Angle and Alison Sieving.
Last year, 420 members set a new campaign record raising $641,838.
