Both joy and stress are sneaking into the hearts of Palm Beach County residents with the holidays around the corner.
And that’s why one non-profit is getting ready to help a group that can have a hard time during the holidays: low-income families with a child or parent with a mental illness diagnosis.
Community Partners, which is based in Riviera Beach but serves the entire county, works with partners and has about 200 staff members. In addition to community services, the organization offers child and family mental health services through the Parent-Child Center. And the Housing Partnership helps residents find affordable and suitable homes.
