ALLOCATION COMMITTEE
The citizens review process of the Town of Palm Beach United Way is the method we use for evaluating agency programs for measurable results and efficient delivery of services. This year, the allocation process went smoothly thanks to the hard work and dedication of volunteers that either live or work in Palm Beach.
These committed volunteers spent three months and countless hours examining community needs and agency services, audits, budgets, meeting with Executive Directors and staffs, and visiting each agency at least twice. It is estimated that the entire committee worked in excess of 2,500 hours ensuring that the generous contributions of our donors are being used efficiently and effectively to serve those in need throughout Palm Beach County.
