On Monday, February 22, 2016, Wally Findlay Galleries hosted a cocktail reception at their gallery on Worth Avenue to honor the members of the Town of Palm Beach United Way’s Red Feather Society.
James Borynack, Chairman and CEO of Wally Findlay Galleries, said “I thought we at Wally Findlay should devote an evening to salute those very generous Palm Beacher’s for their continued financial support of the Town of Palm Beach United Way. Nothing quite like Palm Beach generosity happens anywhere else in the world with so much good coming from it.”
In 1957, the Town of Palm Beach United Way introduced the Red Feather Society to recognize those individuals who have generously contributed between $1,000 and $9,999 annually to help those in need in Palm Beach County. To date, the Red Feather Society at the Town of Palm Beach United Way has raised over $12 million.
This year’s Red Feather Society chairmen are Paulette Koch and Monika Preston.
